Article 2 – Description of the Service

Graplia is an online tool (SaaS) for generating workflows for the n8n software assisted by artificial intelligence. It allows users to automate the creation of flows via a series of instructions in natural language. The main features of the Service notably include:

  • Connection and authentication: To access the Service, the User must create an account and log in with Auth0; once logged in, they have the possibility to add login credentials to their own n8n instance in order to use the customization of the generation of workflows via their preexisting data.

  • Creation of n8n workflows: Workflows for the n8n software by chatting with a large language model ("LLM"). For this, the User gives their instructions in the Graplia chat area, Graplia's artificial intelligence analyzes the descriptor identifiers of preexisting n8n nodes and the User’s instructions to return a workflow meeting the User’s requirements. The node-identifier descriptor analysis feature is purely optional and is activated only if the User has connected their account with their own n8n instance.

  • Uploading of workflows: The Service optionally provides a feature allowing workflows to be uploaded from Graplia to the n8n instance preconfigured by the User in their account settings. This feature can only modify or delete the workflows managed by Graplia.

Graplia is an independent service and is not affiliated with n8n (see Article 7).

Article 3 – Access to the Service and registration

3.1 Minimum age and eligibility – The Service is reserved for persons at least 16 years old. By using Graplia, you declare that you are 16 years old or more. The publisher reserves the right to request verification of users’ age and to suspend or delete any account belonging to a person under 16 years old. Use by a minor aged 16 to 18 is under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, who must approve its use.

3.2 Account creation and Auth0 login – To use Graplia, the User must log in via Auth0’s authentication system (OAuth2). This login allows Graplia to authenticate the application’s users.

3.3 Accuracy of information – When registering or using the Service, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. It is forbidden to create a false identity or to impersonate another person or entity to use the Service.

3.4 Accessibility – Graplia is accessible via a web application (online interface). The Service is normally available 24/7. However, the publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure. The publisher will endeavor to inform Users in advance in the event of planned unavailability of the Service, where possible.

All costs associated with internet access and equipment (computer, connection, etc.) enabling use of the Service are the responsibility of the User.

Article 4 – Intellectual property and user content

4.1 Ownership of the Service and its content – The Graplia Service, including its name, brand, logo, graphical interface, source code and all of its original content (texts, images or other elements provided by the publisher) are the intellectual property of Tom BAILLET and Baptiste LOISON (publishers of the Service), or of their licensors where applicable. These elements are protected by copyright, trademark law and other applicable laws. Any reproduction, distribution, extraction or reuse of any part of the Service or its content that is not expressly authorized by these terms is prohibited without prior written authorization from the rights holders.

4.2 Imported content and User rights
The workflows, instructions, files, identifiers or any other content imported, generated or transmitted by the User as part of the use of the Service (hereinafter “User Content”) remain the exclusive property of the User. Graplia claims no intellectual property rights over this Content.

The User therefore retains all of their copyrights, neighboring rights and, where applicable, their industrial property rights relating to the workflows generated via the Service. They are free to use, share, modify, publish or delete these flows, without restriction on the part of Graplia.

The User nevertheless grants Graplia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license limited to the time necessary for the performance of the Service, to host, store, process and transmit the User Content for the sole purpose of enabling the normal operation of the features (generation, temporary storage, transmission to the User’s n8n instance, etc.).

In no case does Graplia exploit, commercialize or resell the User Content. Information imported or generated via the Service is used only for the proper operation of the application and is not disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or at the express request of the User.

Article 5 – Rules of conduct and acceptable use

Each User undertakes to use Graplia responsibly and only for the purposes intended by the Service. It is strictly forbidden to use the Service to conduct or facilitate unlawful activities or activities contrary to these terms. In particular, without this list being exhaustive, the User undertakes not to:

  • Illegal content: use the Service to transmit, store, analyze or manage any content that is illegal or contrary to the laws and regulations in force. For example, no content constituting an infringement of copyright, an incitement to violence, terrorism or any other criminal offense should transit through the Service.

  • Defamation, harassment and hate: use the Service to disseminate or facilitate defamatory, insulting, threatening statements, harassment against anyone, or any content inciting discrimination, hatred or violence against a person or group of persons, in particular because of their origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.

  • Infringement of others’ rights: analyze or manipulate via the Service content that would infringe the privacy, personal data or intellectual property rights of third parties. The User must not use Graplia to process sensitive personal data without a legal basis, nor to violate the confidentiality of private correspondence.

  • Misuse of the Service: access or attempt to access other users’ accounts, or the data of another account without legitimate authorization. Likewise, it is forbidden to circumvent, test or exploit vulnerabilities of the Service, its API or the n8n API in a manner not in line with expected uses.

  • Technical interference: use the Service in a way that could damage it, disable it, overload it or compromise its operation. For example, the User must not introduce viruses, worms, malware or any harmful code, nor perform unauthorized massive automated requests to the Service’s servers or the n8n API.

  • Diversion of use: sell, rent or commercially exploit access to the Service without the publisher’s prior agreement, or use the Service to design a competing service (reverse engineering, massive data extraction, etc.).

The User is informed that Graplia is only a tool to assist in creating workflows: they remain responsible for the use of their workflows and the data that transit in the flow. The publisher of the Service reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any User who does not comply with the above rules or whose use of the Service would cause a legal or technical risk.

Article 6 – Personal data and confidentiality

For any question relating to data protection or to learn more, the User is invited to consult the Service’s full Privacy Policy accessible from the public interface of the Service.

Article 7 – Limitation of liability and warranties

7.1 Assistance tool and no guarantee of results – Graplia provides assistance in creating a workflow of comments, but the publisher does not guarantee that the Service will perfectly generate the user’s requests. The artificial intelligence algorithm, although efficient, can make analysis errors or be bypassed by new types of spam. The User is aware that the tool may generate false positives (Use of wrong nodes for the feature) or bad configuration (Errors in the configurations of n8n nodes).

7.2 Independence with respect to n8n – Graplia uses the n8n API but is neither affiliated with, nor sponsored by, nor approved by n8n GmbH or any associated entity. The User acknowledges that n8n does not endorse this third-party Service. The publisher assumes no responsibility for any changes or malfunctions of the n8n API or n8n GmbH policies that could impact the operation of Graplia. The use of Graplia must be in accordance with n8n’s rules, but any sanction (such as a suspension of API or access) taken by n8n against the User as a result of their actions or the use of the Service is independent of the publisher’s will, and the latter’s responsibility cannot be engaged thereby.

7.3 Availability and continuity of the Service – The publisher will endeavor to keep the Service operational and accessible. However, it cannot be ruled out that the Service may suffer unforeseen interruptions or outages, or encounter bugs or security vulnerabilities. The Service is provided “as is” and without any express or implied warranty of availability, performance quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or 100% secure at all times. The User uses the platform with full knowledge. In the event of prolonged or permanent unavailability of the Service (for example, a decision to shut down Graplia), the publisher will make best efforts to inform Users beforehand and, if possible, provide them with a way to retrieve their data (e.g.: final export).

7.4 Limitation of liability – To the extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect damage suffered by the User as a result of the use or the inability to use the Servic
